About Bellevue's "Proposed OLA Plan"
The Park Department in Bellevue has come up with a plan to create more OLAs (so they say). On April 14, 2009 this plan was presented to the Park Board, who narrowly endorsed it by a vote of 4/3. Next the "Plan" will be presented to the City Council who have the final say on whether to adopt it or not. As written, this plan is terrible for dog owners in Bellevue!
